This company quoted me $900 for 2 cars from Florida to VA. I booked it 6 weeks in advance, trying to get my kids cars home from college. I didn't receive a call to confirm, so I started calling them 4 days in advance with no return call. Finally, when I did reach them, they said they couldn't find a driver...the person who booked me was out all week...the boss wasn't available because of a gas leak...and the best, the price that they quoted was wrong and it was now $1,150 at least. The contract said nothing about rates increasing.

They lied through their teeth and now I'm planning on taking legal action against them as they put me and my family in a terrible predicament with almost no where to turn at this late date/time.

This industry has a terrible reputation and Andrew Bailey told me up and down that they were different, but I was taken. Scott H couldn't have been any ruder or unprofessional.

Stay away from these guys....the absolute worst that you can find out there. Terrible service. Should be shut down and/or in jail.

The customer was quoted $450 per vehicle + a $200 Deposit totaling $1100. The driver that we arranged for the customer (On time) asked for a slight increase. We were able to secure the customer's vehicles on the carrier for $1150 total. Throughout the process I spoke with the customer several times and was courteous and honest. I also referred the customer to re-read the contract that he signed, which states "prices are subject to change prior to dispatch." On top of all that, the customer used the carrier that we arranged for his vehicles, but refused to let them assign it through our company. The carrier can confirm this as well, if needed. We also refunded the customer's deposit which I will gladly present as proof that we have done everything in our power to accommodate the customer even though we did our job, which is to arrange for the transport.
