Jay was the person who sent me to this site to check out their company and the competition. He is the reason why (among mostly positive reviews) that I picked Bluestar. Nicle was very helpful during the 2 or so weeks it took to get my car there. Jay and NIolce were great, the company they chose to take the car was not.
The pick up was 2-3 days late and occured at 4am b/c the driver was trying to make it to a wedding? that weekend?? I still dont know. Then the drop off took about 1.5 weeks. The company that Bluestar chose to drive the car out there would never answer the phone, nor would the driver. We had to go through Nicole. If i were to do it over, I would pick a compnay that drives themselves instead of a third party. Or just do it again, knowing that the days they tell you aren't really when. But thats probably true with all of them.
