i had contacted bluestar after being dissapointed by another carrier in their ability to pick up my daughter's car in the time frame promised. i spoke to bluestar on a friday evening and the representative ( jay morin ) guided me through the process. the deal was finalized the next morning via fax and my daughter's care was picked up to be trasported two days later on a monday and arrived in new jersey exactly one week later. the driver was very courteous and professional and delivered the vehicle without any problems. in summation i would wholeheartedly reccomend bluestar for any auto transport needs you may have. i will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
