Jay was my contact person at BlueStar Auto Movers. Jay told me that once my vehicle was picked up from the dealership BlueStar would contact me. This never happened and I had to make the call to find out for myself. Jay also said that I would be kept in contact by the carrier which was Jordan Transervice, every so often during the transport of my vehicle. This also never happened and once again I had to make a call to Jay to get phone number of the individual transporting my vehicle. Once my vehicle arrived Jordan Transservice driver was very friendly. The vehicle inspection from the dealership could have been better. The communication on the part of Bluestar was not very good at all.
