I was a little worried that the truck wouldn't get here in time for my son when he came home from Fort Drum, New York. Because the pick up date was about a week later then I was told it would be, but that was because the person to transport my son's truck didn't have insurance up to standards of Blue Star. I was grateful for thier decision not to use this person. They then found a gentleman who picked up this truck from Calif. and brought it to St. Louis and it arrived 3 days earlier then I was told it would arrive. It was in excellent condititon and Mel was very nice and had the truck off his truck when I arrived to pick it up. All in all I was very pleased with Blue Star Transportation Company. I looked up several tranportation companies at the BBB internet site and Blue Star was the only one with a B+ rating while the other companies had a rating of a F.
I talked with Jay at Blue Star and he took care of arraning eveything for me and I talked to Ariel about what was happening with the transport of the truck. He kept me informed about how things where going and sent me an email and called me to let me know when the truck was picked up and when it should arrive in Mo. Considering this company was cheaper then other quotes I received I am happy I choose Blue Star.
