I was initially given date of january 8-12, 2008 for a pickup window. There were problems securing a transporter. My window of opportunity closed. I had a second party in Georgia who had posession of the vehicle. Due to the length of time it took to get a transporter, my party was unable to remain available. I called and eventually spoke with young man by the name of Ariel who worked with me and I was given a full refund of my monies. I appreciate the fact that my outcome was not a total loss. I thank Blue Star for their understanding and espically for refunding my monies. I will definately use them again if the need arises.
