After putting down a $200 deposit and receiving repeated assurance that the transport would take place within the very specific window which Blue Star knew, the deal did not happen. The carrrier that finally agreed to the transport could not deliver the car within the window of time, so there was no one to claim the car in CO and pay the company. I complained but was unable to get my deposit back as Blue Star said the contract only stipulated an estimate. This, despite my calling daily for a week prior to the supposed pick up AND my telling them the window of time.

While we strive to meet every customer’s expectations, some demands are not possible. Upon placing the order with us, Mrs. Warner's concern was the pick up date and not the delivery date. We obtained a carrier for her as requested but unfortunately the carrier cancelled prior to pick up. We communicated with Peggy, apologized for having to re-assign her order to another carrier, and assigned it to another carrier for pick up within our estimated window. Mrs. Warner then called in and advised us that she needed the cars to be delivered by a certain day. We attempted to resolve this for her with the carrier but unfortunately it was not physically possible. The earliest possible delivery would have been one day later than she requested. Again, we attempted to work it out with her but she was not cooperative, rather she insisted on getting a refund. We explained to her that we never assured her a delivery date and only an estimated pick up window which we met. Therefore we were not willing to honor a refund. We did however offer to extend a future move with no deposit required as a courtesy.
