I don't even know where to start. The bottom line is STAY AWAY from Bluebonnet Auto Transport!!!!!!! All you need to do is call me or email me and I will discuss with you first hand. This company lacks professinalism and the decency to be a human being. I was raised to treat people with respect and honesty and if I evere treated someone the way Barbara did, I would have been whooped. My car was never delivered. I placed the order on September 11, 2006 and I think from what little communication I received (afetr 50+ phone calls) from the RUDE people at Bluebonnet, that my car made it onto a carrier somewhere around September 17, 2006. Then the car proceeded to Florida where it went through a weigh station and was found to be overweight. MY car was removed from the carrier and sent on a flatbed back to Houston, TX. It sat for several more days until I had the experience of a lifetime when I finally spoke to Barbara. This rude woman with a lack of human decency should be put out of business and she should hit the bottom of her life where she can be humbled and walk in the shoes of those who have the common decency to treat people with respect

During my discussion with her I kept asking her specific questions and caught her up in her own lies. She finally yelled at me and stated she didn't like the way I was talking with her and that she would not be picking up my car and hung up the phone. You Go girl. I guess you showed me...oh tough one. So I decided that she still had my contract and had risk of loss on my vehicle until the contrcat was formally cancelled, which she never did. I called the sherriff department and filed a complaint against her and Bluebonnet for auto theft. When the sherrif arrived at her business, she told him that the car was at a holding terminal, 2 hours away from her. The sherrif got all the info and passed it onto me.

This very smart woman didn't stop there. She proceeded to contact all the carriers in the area to "black ball" me so that nobody would touch the make of mu vehicle. I am so proud of your brotherly love amongst fellow truckers. Again, the very tough group showed me. What a bunch of loosers.

So I packed up my truck and drove 1,300 miles one way through the night to get me vehicle with my 20 year old son, and 1,300 back the next day. It was the best thing that could have happened to me. I spent more quality time with my son and had more laughs than we have had in a while. I guess things happen for a reason. Unfortunately there are still the people who have no copassion for another human being and want to play tough. My reaction was. what did I learn from this? Well, I learned that Barbara and her fellow trucker brothers will be in my prayers so that one day their eyes will be opened to someone close to them in need and how touched they can be for someone unknown to them to help them out. This is nothard core toughness, this is being fair with someone and treating otrhers as you would want to be treated yourself.
