Admittedly, I was a little bit leary of this firm only based on feedback from other's I had read about on the internet. I purchased a car on e-bay and the dealer set this transportation up with Blue Bonnet directly. It was loaded on a Thursday in Houston and delivered to me on Tuesday morning (only several days later),. When I called they appeared friendly and "Barbara" called me on Monday to let me know to expect delivery the next day. She was pleasant and even offered me the cell phone number of the driver. The nice young man driver named "RJ" was very nice and did exactly what I would have expected him to do except that he got the car here many many hours earlier than expected and then waited for me to coordinate everything with him- I bought him breakfast as he was just a nice fellow. I would say that this was a very satisfying experience. The only thing wrong was that the car had a broken fog light but I truly believe that it was that way when he picked it up in Houston before loading it on his truck- I do know the lense cover was already cracked and that the light behind the cover was probably already broken when he picked it up in Houston to bring to me here in Western PA. FIVE STARS and thanks!! This was a 1995 BMW 540I that I had never seen before delivery until Blue Bonnet came through with flying colors. I still do need to "speak" with the dealer that sold the car though- car NOT QUITE as described on e-bay!
