Car was never picked up ....

I found this transported by reading reviews on this web site....I made reservations to have a car picked up a month in advance....which was going to be a sunday. I was told by Robert that it would be $50 more to have it done on Sunday, so I agreed......so Sunday came, and no one called, so I called them and no one was in on a Sunday...all the messages were never returned. Fortunately I had another day, monday, to get the car picked up, as a back up.....after waiting Monday no one returned the calls....I had to call them again on Monday...the car was picked up 8pm on Monday, and it was a struggle to get any one to address the extra charge refund for a sunday pickup that didn't happen....Then after the car was delivered the bill was $25 more than what they told me to have a certified check made out to....Gerard called and to see if I received the car, which I was shocked to hear from him....that's when I told him about the extra charge, and he told me he will call me back for a refund..........
