I paid Big City Transport up front for a round trip service to pick up my truck in Ft Myers Fl and Deliver it to MN in May 2026. Victor picked up my truck in Fort Myers and the truck sat for 4 weeks in Orlando. I called him, he said based on the price you paid, he could not get a driver. I canceled the bill of lading which had no cancellation clauses and flew to Orlando to pick up my truck. That was June 2026. I'm still trying to get a refund. Victor the owner has dragged this out and is now not returning calls, texts or emails. Very Dishonest company. Do not USE
