Our family members Dad,son and grandson have all engaged Big Brothers Transport for the past 4 years over 17 different pickup occasions and have always been pleased with the results. On 2 of those occasions, there were problems with the transport company themselves (not Big Brothers), they are the" broker" that finds us the shipper to do the transporting of the vehicles.Yes, we pay a fee for this and it is well worth it! Never a claim. On both of these occasions Cathy was there for us to ensure the small issues that arose, were taken care of to our satisfaction. We choose to go through the broker here because they have been able to pull from a large pool of trucking companies instead of being limited to one. For our needs on short notice, they have been able to get our vehicle(s) to us in short order. These times we live in have made it quite a challenge to find honest, caring people to help when you need it and going through Cathy's brokerage service has allowed us the luxury of not having to worry about some of these nightmare experiences that you might have read of if you have done extensive research as we did prior to using a shipping service. We as a family used to be in the trucking business and retired so we knew what to look for and have been in good hands entrusting our deliveries to them. We appreciate the good work on this company's part. We will continue to count on Cathy. Thank you.
