Everything was super duper was first minute to last. Sent a car 2 years ago with a disreputable company who attempted to ransom the car to my mother when it arrived in Michigan. She didn't accept that and luckily got the car back. So, two years later I was shipping my mother our old car, having just bought a brand new one. Looked for a review website and found this wonderful site. Went to recent reviews and picked Big Bros. because they had almost 5 stars with ample reviews. And now I'm adding in my story. Fair price, excellent contact every step of the way. Bernard picked up the car on a Saturday am and it was there by Tuesday mid-day and let me tell you, most people could not find Hillsdale Mi. Every step of the way, we could call Bernard's cell phone and all went off without a hitch. Big Brothers is the way to go and Cathy in the home office is great to deal with. No more bad moving companies or auto transport companies. We have no excuse as we have a great website to make informed decisions!
