We use Big Brother regularly they are always prompt on pick up. Cathy is a delight to work with her quotes are right in line her drivers are easy to deal with and handle the high end cars that we sell carefully and professionally. Usually I can call Cathy for a shipping quote then get payment from my buyer and book shipping. She usually can have the vehicle picked up within a day or two and the drivers can have them delivered at the most 5 days after that. I think the longest she has ever taken to get a pick up has been 3 days.
