This was our first time shipping a vehicle. We found a vehicle using the Internet and made the purchase. That was stressful enough. Next came the stress of finding a company to ship it to us. After soliciting quotes by using 123movers.com, etc. we were inundated with e-mail and phone calls from transport companies. We had no idea who to trust. We started researching companies using TransportReviews.com and bbb.org. After reading many horror stories about poor service, damaged vehicles, scams, etc. we were beginning to think we had made a big mistake buying a vehicle online. Stress was building daily.
Then we researched Big Brothers AutoTransport. We looked at the Better Business Bureau report and found an astonishing ZERO customer complaints. Then we looked them up on Transport Reviews and found a rating of 5 of 5 stars. After reading through multiple reviews of satisfied customers and almost no negative reviews we felt we had found our answer. We called Cathy and she immediately eased our stress. She set everything up in a few hours and found a carrier to deliver to our home. The car was picked up the next day and we received it in the same shape it was sent. Not to mention the price was less than other quotes. Thanks Cathy!
