Cathy was excellent in providing info. She informed me on what to expect when the driver arrived; about inspecting my car with the driver before and after delivery; and about the wait time. She intervene when I was having a communication problem with the carrier's driver Mike, from Saturn Auto regarding the delivery date. My overall experience with Big Brothers was excellent. Lastly, the price was excellent as well. I will also place a review for the carrier.
