Skeptical at first, but Very Happy in the end!

I have never shipped a car before and I needed one shipped a little more than 2000 miles. Not just any junker, but my dream car. I waited 22 years to get this car, I needed a reliable transportation company. I reached out to a number of transport companies, a couple of them spam called me 6 and 7 times in a single day, which I found rather annoying. I got an initial estimate via text message from Phil at Big Bens Auto, and when I googled Big Bens I found some bad reviews, so I was going to cross them off my list, but I decided to be upfront and tell Phil about the bad reviews. Phil was very courteous, and sent me a few positive reviews to consider as well. I decided not to rule him out, just because he was so respectful about the whole thing. I ended up asking him a ton of questions over the next week and a half and he was always patient and respectful with me, even though I probably asked some questions twice. I really appreciated how much time he spent talking with me and answering all of my questions, so I decided to go with Big Bens. Phil was upfront about the cost, I knew I was paying a brokerage fee to Big Bens and the transport fee to the driver. I was comfortable with the price I paid and in the end, my dream car arrived at my home in perfect condition. From what I understand, all transport companies that you can find via google are just brokers, so my advise is to find one that is patient - willing to answer all your questions and not try to rush you or make you sign a contract before you are ready. Phil was that, and more, I am very, very happy with the transaction and if I ever need to move another car, I will definitely be calling Phil with Big Bens.
