The company placed the shipment of my vehicle in the central dispatch database without my consent to ship. I did not provide a deposit, card on file, or verbal authorization. Their actions prevented other shippers from securing a driver. Their actions delayed my shipment and forced me to pay more than I would have otherwise. Their actions attempted to force me to exclusively use their services. Fraudulent activity.
