POS FRAUDS -DO NOT USE!!

Well I dealt with Big POS "Don Mcdowel" b/c that's what he is and will always be as long as he walks this earth. Said he can transport my vehicle from CA to CO for the amount of $620 with $290 deposit and $330 due upon delivery. Sounded great- However when I asked for contract /Invoice to be emailed - it was never sent.. After calling him 3 days later b/c car was supposed to be picked up the following week.. He claimed that I canceled, which I did not.. Told him he never sent me a contract.. Monday morning comes around & he sends/ pressures me into signing an e document right away or will lose driver. I sign, however upon further review in real-time with him over the phone- I notice the delivery payment is $900 not $330 like I was told and have text messages from him with that price.. I question him, he apologized and sends over a new e-document for signing while I still have him on the phone with the correct $330 delivery price.. Well, Tuesday comes and dispatch calls to say driver will be leaving soon- this is who Big Ben's brokered deal with. I told him to be clear that upon delivery of vehicle we will owe $330.. He said he knew nothing about that price and that they only had a contract for $900 with Big Ben's Auto to deliver vehicle. Of course they did. I told him that was the wrong contract. After calling (4) different numbers 20+ times within 30min during normal operating business hours Vm's including Don's direct line to no answer or returned phone call.. I called the dispatch of the driver back to cancel my pick up, since neither He nor I can get a hold of Big Ben's Auto after exploiting their plan . They completely ignored all phone calls at that point & never returned them either.. Figured that -These guy's are complete Scum! I should've read the prior reviews before ever trying to booke moving my vehicle with them. Oh and Don hung up on me twice before which I thought maybe we got disconnected.. No he hung up. And the correct contract of $620 which actually turned out to be not correct either.. They switched out the zip code for delivery going to LV but I didn't see it b/c I was to focused on if they got the correct price of $330 upon delivery on e-document to notice they switched the zip codes.. POS's Do not listen to the fake 5 star reviews people.. These guys deserve to be in JAIL over this Bait & Switch BS!!! Not sure how they continue to operate as a business.. I filed a claim immediately with my bank on the deposit to them . I know others have been far more burned than I was.. B/c what are you supposed to do when a driver says you are not getting your vehicle unless you pay & Big Ben refuses to answer your phone calls to straighten everything out.. F them!! I will be leaving a complaint on the BBB as well!
