Set an order a month in advance to ship a van from Tennessee to Utah. We agreed on a price for $1500 over email and phone. When delivery date came, they sent me the papers to sign as if everything was fine. As I read through (And it's a good thing I did), I noticed that the price said $2,600. I called to see why they increased the price by $1,100, and they said that they couldn't find anyone for any lower than that. They tried to slip that extra $1100 through the fine print and left me hanging to dry on the day my van was supposed to transport. They knew they couldn't do it for 1500 long before now. Very unreliable and untrustworthy.
