Big Ben violated the contract, which was signed between BB and I, and I HAD TO PAY EXTRA $320 TO THE DRIVER. I showed the contract to the driver, and he doesn't know and told me to call Big Ben. When I called Big Ben about the contract that the driver is asking more more, and he just hung up!! I just no choice but to pay extra $320 dollars just because they would not give my car key back.
LONG STORY SHORT, DON'T BELIEVE THE QUOTE BIG BEN IS GIVING YOU BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE PRICE YOU WILL BE PAYING. HE ALSO LIED THET HIS COPANY OWNS TRUCKS UNLIKE OTHER AGENCY, AND APPARENTLY THIS IS A LIE TOO BECAUSE HE IS JUST AN AGENCY TAKING PROFITS BY MAKING LIES BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND THE AUTO TRANSPORT SERVICE.
WORST NIGHTMARE OF MY LIFE, AND DON'T EVER USE THEIR AGENCY. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND I WILL PROCEES WITH LEGAL ACTION.
(Another shady thing Don (this is the guy's name) is that he made me to cancel the already booked appointment with Nexus, another agenct, saying that he will make it $100 cheaper than the quote they gave me. In the end, I got duped and paid extra $320 dollars more than what Nexus initially offered me.)
