Stay away from this company.- 2 issues. Originally scheduled for 10/8 pickup, company asked to change tp 10/7 which was not a problem. Not having heard by 7pm on 10/6 I called, spoke with Dan who told me 10/8 was my pickup. Explained it had been changed. After checking he said the driver would pick my car up at noon 10/7. On 10/7 driver called, said he didn't get the order until 10ish and would pick up at end of day-obviously they had no driver when they assured me a noon pick up. My quote was $700, $100 deposit, $600 to driver upon delivery. My car was picked up, driver charged $700, I called Big Ben's,, was told the $100 deposit would be refunded to my credit card as I was quoted $700 total. I have spoken with Adam who on 10/14 assured me a credit would be issued 10/15-it appears it was not and at this time my calls are ignored-sent to voice mail. It isn't the $ as much as the dishonesty. I gave them 1 star since the company they sent me, J&J Express out of Fall River, MA was excellent.
