Stole our money

We entered into an agreement to have our car brought from California to Massachusetts on 6/27/12. We were told the first available date for pickup was 6/30/12. We kept calling for a definitive date on a regular basis but could not get one. Finally on 7/16/12 we asked them to cancel the contract so we could find another carrier. Their contract states if they do not pick up the vehicle within 5 days of the earliest pick up date we could cancel the contract. I spoke to them and they said a refund would be sent within 7-10 days. I have now sent 5 emails and over 10 phone calls and each time they promise to refund our $190.00 deposit but as of this date 10/10/12 we have not received our refund.
Shabby treatment and thieves to boot. Never use this company!
