Worst service ever

To begin, I had to wait one more week than what was agreed to hear that they couldn't find a truck to pick up my car. Meanwhile I was renting a car and looking for another company to provide with the service. When I got another company I asked for a full refund because the company couldn't deliver what they agreed in the contrat and now, two months later they cannot do the refund. I have to call them every day to check on the status and the person in charge is never there, they make me hold for periods as long as 25 minutes and cometimes the call just cuts off. I've been told that the check was sent two times and I never received it. Last week they told me the refund was done directly to my account but obviously it's not there. Today (Monday)like every week I called first time in the morning, they tell me I have to call at noon to speak with the person in charge, I call at noon and the person in charge is in a meeting and she won't be available until tomorrow. It's been two months now and there is no refund yet.
Don't use this company, they are not seriuos at what they do and they don't care about the customer. This is the least professional company I have ever deal with.
