I called for movement of automobile from BocaRaton, FL to Fort Lewis, WA. I was ntotifed by the rep on the phone that NO Problem we will have the car picked up by the 9th Nov, 06. After the person ready to ship it called and stated they never showed up, I called and complained. They stated the contract said 1-7 days for pick-up. I couldn't believe it!! I stated I only went with them because they said NO Problem then I get this 1-7 day crap. Keep my $200. and go to hell.....
