Beware of them

I am going to post daily reviews about this company and make sure they are out of buisness soon. They gave me my worst ever car shipping experience. I think i never came across such a clumsy customer service in united states.

I wanted to ship my car from pa to ca and i had to leave to ca on 10/29 , so when i unfortunately made the deal with this company on the fateful day of 10/26 i did not know that they will take me for a ride. They said they had a spot on their so called truck and they will pick it up for sure on 10/28 and the total cost mentioned to me was 972 including tax and i thought i got a good deal. But they never picked the car up on 10/28 and i also had no one to give my keys to since i had to leave on 10/29 and when i said that i will send my keys to them so that they can pick it up on 11/1 , they were so rude . They did not let me cancel the deal , finally after lot of heated talk they accept to pick the car up if i fedex my keys to them. They finally picked it up on 11/3. They told me i had to pay 175 $ cancellation fee in case i cancel the deal in the middle. As someone said in their reviews before i think they make their money by cancellation charges. Because I cannot imagine people actually ship cars through this company. I fell into this trap , hope others dont after reading this review.

They said i will get the car in two weeks positively that is by 11/18. I called them around 18th nov to find about my car and there is this guy michael ( who keeps lying or he does not know what he is talking about) who says that your car is in the los angeles area and they will call you so that you can go and pick it up ( I had a terminal pick up). No one called me till 11/20. And finally they say the driver forgot to pick up the car and its still lying in pa. I was so outraged , but could not help it. FInally they said i will get the car in a week or two. And i called them around 12/3 and they said i will get my car on 12/15. Its been shipped only on 11/22 and it will reach on 12/15. I never heard of any car shipping companies who take this time for a coast to coast shipping.

I was so frustrated that i will get my car on 12/15 and they had no answer when i asked them what was the car doing from the time they picked it up (11/3) and when they actually shipped it (11/22). When i called them they always laughed as if its not their concern. I had to deal with michael who has no idea of anything. He did not give me any information about the car. he just kept saying i will get it on 12/15.

And since its going to be 42 days since they picked up the car I wanted reimbursement for my rental car and loss of so much of money. i had to spend more than 1000 $ on the rental car and they would never re-imburse that. They said the agreement says that from the date that the car is actually on the rail to the day its delivered ( it has to be more than 21 days before they re-imburse 175$). But they were not ready to accept their mistake. they were so careless to not simply keep the car lying around till nov 22. And they gave lame excuses to avoid paying re-imbursement.

Finally i called them on 12/15 and asked whether the car has arrived and micheal said its in LA area and the terminal will call me. They never did. I called him back on 12/16 and someone picked up and on hearing my name they were avoiding me. Without any shame they lied on my face that customer service is at lunch now call after sometime. I called after 1 hour and again they said call after an hour. They were avoiding me , so to catch them in the act I had my wife call to enquire and immediately they talked to her and said someone will call from the terminal about the car. This proves their dishonesty and bad behavior.

Finally i called on 12/19 and this micheal said call me at the end of the day i will give u the address of the terminal and the phone number. He was not even ready to give me the phone number so that i can call and get my car. And finally i talked to this women from best way who said my car is lying in the terminal and they asked me to pay 97 $ extra for fuel surcharge. They cheated and robbed me in every way they could . Finally i had to pay 1069 instead of 972. They are not even the real shippers , they are just the brokers who gave the shipping to company called autolog. I went and picked up the car on 12/19 ending my 46 days misery with this company. I will not recommend anyone to ship their car through this company.

The good reviews about this company posted on this thread are the people from best way posting about their own company. DONT EVER go by those reviews. What iam writing is 100 % true experience and even this company cannot deny any of the facts as not true.

This customer makes assumptions, there was nothing wrong with the transport of this vehicle, we even refunded the customer $25.00. It did take longer than necessary, but this was due to the railroad, not us.we as a broker cannot control the timing, we try, but have no control over the truckers or the rail. The customer should be know based on the contract that we are a broker and have no control, that is why we have a disclaimer in paragraph #1, whreby we cannot guaranty pickup or delivery.
