I received my vehicle 26 days after order was placed. I was told the time of transport would be 10-14 days. My experience involved a lenghty list of calls made to the company, all of which had to call me back in time. I got several different stories from each representative I spoke with. I spoke with Scott (owner) and insured me I would receive the car on specific days. A week, some days, passed and never received my car. The car arrived extremely dirty, salty, about a foot black, brown snow. My car was bought brand new. I didn't really gripe about the dirtiness of the car assuming the driver went through some bad weather. It was just the whole experience, one thing added to another. My car has several dents and scratches in which I can assure it received during transport. To top of everything, the car arrived on a third party company called Total Recovery Transport - a different company contracted on this particular deal. I know I don't know how this all happened and how everyting evolved to be within 26 days of time. I don't know, and it would be best for me not to know. I have used other transport companies in the past which helped make this a dissapointing experience for me. Thank you-

If you have used other companies as you indicate in the past and you were satisfied, why did you no use them instead of us.If you had a problem, you should have called us and we would have helped you to resolve your problem regarding the damage .
