This company should not be in business.They don't return phone calls, but you on hold and after a short period of time you get disconnected.They have the nerve to tell you that they have to free up phone line because there waiting on your carrier to connect them.
I find it hard to believe that a business has only ONE PHONE LINE.
I was told that the carrier would pick up the vehicle on Monday it is know Wednesday and the car still sits waiting for pick up.
DO NOT SIGN any paper because there business is to make money on the cancellation and not on the transport.
PLEASE report this company to the better business bureau and lets put them out of business.

we have several lines and cannot tie them up, we always tell the customer, please give us your telephone number and we will call you back.as to the pickup, according to the contract there is a 3-5 day window to pickup the car. it is also fully disclosed in paragraph #1 of the term and conditions, that we can make no guaranty of time of pickup or delivery. this car was picked up in the time frame and delivered within the time frame.i dont know why this customer is complaing or they have nothing else to do with there time.
