Kim at Best Transport was honest and upfront with me, and worked to secure a carrier at the last minute. She teamed up with Brad at Chase Transport to get my vehicle safely to its destination within 24 hours.
New-comers to the auto transport process beware there are vastly more brokers than carriers, and most brokers will under bid to get your business. Only problem is they need to secure a carrier and their own profit margin, so your car could sit for days.
Overall, a good experience. I would use Best Transport again.
