We had two cars (a minivan and station wagon) shipped across the country. Everything went smoothly and the cars were delivered faster than expected. Our only challenge was the cars were picked up a few days earlier than our agreed-upon window, so we were carless for a few days while trying to pack and move (we had to rent a car). Still, it got our cars there earlier, and they were shipped in a covered transport for the same rate, so that was a pretty good trade-off. Overall, we had a positive experience and found Best Rate to be professional and reliable.
