This was my first time shipping a car. I had contacted two other companies and received quotes of $1495 and $1250. I checkeed BBB and other reviews and wasn't completed comfortable. When I first called Best Rate Auto Transport I got an answering machine and hesitated to leave a message because I figured, if they don't answer their phone, how will I get help if needed. I'm very glad I left a message. Stefania returned my call within 15 minutes (maybe less) and was very very helpful. I booked with her and was VERY pleased with the service. All on the same day, we booked and received the driver's schedule and info. We booked on a Thursday, the car was picked up in Massachusetts on Saturday (Musa Uzun - very nice) and delivered to our son in California on Thursday (all within one week of talking with Stefania). All very easy and $450 lower then other quotes. THANK you!
