This is the second time I had a car transported. I didn't have any problems the first time. This time I did a lot of analysis to find a Broker that combined good reviews and affordability. I requested quotes from several Car Transport Websites. I think I received 16 quotes. I would check the Broker reviews on transportreviews.com. I saw a trend. The higher the number of excellent reviews the higher the price quote. I dropped Brokers that had several negative reviews regardless of how many excellent reviews and concentrated on the companies that have not been in business for a long time and had a smaller number of reviews and the reviews they had were all excellent. That's how I choose Best Rate Auto Transport. I liked the fact they did not bury me with emails and phone calls. I really liked the fact that I could pay the deposit using PayPal, I don't like to have my credit card number floating somewhere in the web. The Carrier Driver kept me advised of his progress. When he arrived he was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Stephanie at Best Rate Auto Transport lived up to it's name.
