Wonderful experience with Stephanie Miller of Best Rate. Good communications skills, honest, & customer service with 5 stars. As soon as my Corolla was assigned to Best Rate on 7/11, she called the next day to inform me that the vehicle will be picked up on 7/13th, for possible delivery on 7/20th. Everyday, thru e-mail and phone, she was superb in informing us of the whereabouts of the vehicle. Frpm therepn, Transauto Logistics and in particular Han Sung trucking company and Jenny were wonderful. In four (4) business days, the Corolla was delivered in Chesapeake, Virginia. After all that I have gone through, with one company in Florida who refunded my $150.00 deposit because of their inability to transport, and another California outfit whom I will be suing in small claims court, because they have kept my deposit of $125.00, Best Rate, Transauto Logistics and Han Sung are God's gift to me and my Ministry. Everything for the price of $975.00!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
