Excellent all they way. Due to delays in closing on a home purchase, I had to reschedule the pickup 3 times. Jim was very understanding and was willing to reschedule ( without any negative attitude!!). The truck was picked up by Trey and delivered as promised ON TIME and without any issues / damage.
I HIGHLY recommend Best Direct Shipping and will use them again without hesitation if the need should arise.
