I had a really hard time getting transport for my car from Montgomery, Alabama to Great Falls, Montana. I contacted several companies. Some of them lied and sent me emails saying that a truck is in the area when there was no truck. One company low balled me and couldn't pick up for 6 weeks and kept up upping the price. I cancelled with that company, made a few calls and Alex from First Choice was one of the people who called. He seemed quite knowledgeable on the issues with the distance and difficulty in getting one truck to transport all the way. He spent a considerable amount of time searching for carriers that would do it in two legs. Being that I'm in sales, the one thing that annoyed me is Alex trying to tell me how good he is compared to his competitors and blowing smoke up my butt telling me that he doesn't need to make any money so long as he helps me. Let's face it, we all work to make money and so does Alex. But in the end he found me a truck within 3 days, pick up in 5 days (from first contact). A bit more money than others had quoted (not the highest either) but the service was very good, pickup took place with no issues and the driver arrived on time in Montana. I have to say that between the 30+ BS emails and quotes from other companies, Alex got this figured out very quickly and after calling me only twice to confirm details. I would use them again for sure.
