Driver had a breakdown and did not notify anyone, including me. My calls went unanswered trying to find out if my bike was to be delivered on time. Finally Alex returned my call and informed me of the breakdown, about 3 pm of the day it was to be delivered in the am. One day wasted waiting. Then I was called by the driver, he wondered why I was not given his number. Got the bike two days later, causing me to miss a days work, unpaid. Alex assured me he would work on communication between parties in the future. Good for you, no help to me.
His web site has beautiful pictures of trucks and trailers that do the hauling. The van that showed up with my bike, I'm still shocked it made it at all.

Customer Chris had a driver dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order. We spoke to Chris on a daily basis informing him of the progress every step of the way, educating him on how the industry works, returning his calls within minutes and promptly communicating with him anytime he needed something. Chris, you never said a word about the quality of the trailer that arrived, but rather called me when you received the motorcycle to thank me for how much of a wonderful job we had done and how you would leave a great review on this site. Thanks for appreciating all the hard work we had done to make sure your motorcycle arrived safely and securely.
