While Best Auto suggested they couold get my car shipped on a timely basis, they really failed to communicate effectively and left me hanging without an understanding of what was happening or the process. When I finally pushed to find out what was happening, it was suggested that if I was willing to pay a little more,they could get it done, or if I could bring the car from Santa Barbara to Santa Monica, they could get it done. Would have been nice to have known this before I entered into the agreement with them. Cancelled it and went elsewhere - thankfully.

Herrema, Thank you for your review and sorry for the inconvenience. I are appalled why you left this review because we covered the extra increase in cost for you. Also Best Auto Shipper did provide you with the service and we did transport your vehicle for you. All in all thank you for shipping your vehicle with us. Like you mentioned in emails, we look forward to transport your other vehicles for you.
