Customer service seemed good but there were some issues...

Pete was a nice guy who promised me to get my shipments done quickly as I was in a rush, great! Very friendly, communicative and helpful.

The only issue is that they used Save On transport as one of their shippers...HUGE MISTAKE....look them up and see my review about that experience. That was his bad and it seems that they wont be using them again.

The issues I had were the following: Used Save On transport and got charged an extra 100 dollars for the car to be loaded non-running even though they had no way to load it - my mechanic ended up having to load it for them. He tried negotiating the money back but couldn't, nonetheless, I still ended up eating the cost even though I hired Best auto to do it. The second car from AZ to CA was ok, except that he said he would do it at his cost being that I was a first time customer and that he wanted to earn my business - it ended up being more expensive then quoted (because the car was longer than thought, he was good to communicate that) but I still see on my bank statement that he took his cut....

I am happy that the cars arrived, even though the one was late and almost held as ransom by Save On, but don't think that I will be returning with them....

BTW: their email doesn't work so I cant get a receipt for my shipment!!!

We went ahead and made adjustments based on your review.
