Joseph, the customer service provider, walked me thru the process of shipping my son's vehicle very smoothly, they were calling each time for us to know when the driver is coming to pick-up. The delay was caused by bad weather conditions in the areas and the passing away of a relative of the driver, otherwise everything has gone smoothly.
I would recommend this company and would surely use them the next time around.
