Yes this review is a year or so late.But it still bugs the hell out of me.I entered a contract with Best Auto.I was told I would my credit card would not be charged until the vehicle was picked up.I also told Best Auto the truck would not be ready for a few days,and I would let them know when ready.They sent a driver over anyways.not once,but twice.My credit card was charged twice for $50 and $75.The driver they sent actually called me and was mad at me because he was sent there and the truck was not ready.I NEVER told anyone the truck was ready for pickup.I asked twice for a refund and was denied.I filed with my credit card and was denied,reason given was,they Best Auto said they had it in thier contract to charge when a carrier was sent out.The original contract,which i still have does not state this.Paul @ Best Auto said they had a recent change to thier contracts( I have his email saying this).

In the end,I cancelled with Best Auto Shippers and went with another company.
