first time to ship a car - very grateful

I never shipped a car before. Once I requested bids I started to get a bit nervous about doing a deal and then having to pay more to get a driver to pick up the car. These guys where not like that at all. They where great to work with. The offered me a pick up time earlier than I wanted and then they got me a driver the day after I wanted...which was fine. The driver picked the car up and expected to deliver in 4 days. On the 4th day he didn't show...got delayed because of the hurricane so we expected some delays. I was able to call the driver directly and talk to him and he provided me his plan to get the car delivered. He delivered right on time. He was courteouos, flexible in the deliver site and genuinly great to work with. I'd recommend these guys anytime.
