The repair shop has found both tail lights fractured and partially dissolved from the hydraulic fluid and rough handling. They are having the paint analysed for etching from the fluid but suspect a complete repaint will be necessary. Someone (most likely the pair of drivers) camped in the vehicle smoking and eating and burnt a big hole in the carpet. The inside smells like a hobo camp. This was a non smoking vehicle. There is a bent tie rod on the right where the bumper was damaged and damage to the converter and exhaust system. I CANNOT STRESS STRONGLY ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are uneducated, uninsured, use worn out, unrepaired equipment and are very combatant, nasty people. "USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK" This couple are predators upon unsuspecting customers. The girl will distract you while the guy will unload your car. She will demand the money and he will brandish (let you see) his firearm. She will mark up phony marks on a bogus BOL while you stand dumbfounded. then they are gone and you are left with a damaged car.
