Mike Bell agreed to transport a vehicle from CA to TX and never showed up. I requested confirmation of pick up details via email and telephone. Mike received these communications and agreed that we were "good to go". Pick up never happened and he didn't even bother to contact us regarding a delay or his inability to provide service. Totally unprofessional!
