First stressor was communication...This company did not keep me informed about being three days late. Then again being late on delivery. The dispatcher was useless.
Second stressor was the condition of my 2005 BMW upon delivery. We shipped two autos however, the BMW is a keeper car. It was dirty as I expected and it was -7 degrees that day and I had to leave the next day for Florida to work on a boat. On the way down I 95 I stopped to get gas in South Carolina and they had a brush-less car wash as the BMW is a rag top. After cleaning the car I found a dent down to the metal in the drivers side rear quarter panel. More scratches on the hood and a scrape on the undercarriage. The clip holding the bumper was broken in the right front. This will all cost me money to fix as I could not see the damage with all of the dirt and -7 degree weather upon delivery acceptance. Beware Peeps! I will definitely not be using this company again
