I recently shipped my Lexus from Henderson Nevada to Northern Illinois with Bears Transport. The car arrived in Illinois on time, clean, and undamaged. My contact person at Bears Transport was Liz and she is very professional, friendly, and most of all found a load the next day after my car was available. Liz made the whole process very easy and stress free. Another thing I like about Bears Transport I that you don't pay any deposit until they find a load for your car.
My experience is that the lowest price quote may not get your car hauled when it needs to go. Believe me, I have experienced this with other transport companies that gave me a low cost quote but did not get the car hauled. Liz at Bears Transport seemed to hit an attractive price for the driver with a "happy medium price" that got the car hauled and I thought was reasonable.
The driver was very professional and was careful loading and unloading the car insuring that it arrived with no damage. He also had up to date equipment which is important because breakdowns can delay shipment.
Communications with Liz and during the hauling with the driver were top notch. We had a scheduled pickup time of 9-11 AM. At 9:15 I received a call from the driver and I asked him where he was and he said "In front of your House" and in half an hour the car was gone. Same good communication on the destination end also.
Based on my experience with Bears Transport I would recommend them for any automobile transport needs. I was very pleased with Liz as my contact person, a resonable price, and the driver. I would not hesitate to use them again.
