This company was extremely prompt on pick-up and delivery. My phone calls were returned VERY quickly and Liz was very professional, polite, and friendly. My driver, Jerry, was very friendly and reassuring. Jerry actually made calls along the route to my husband on the receiving end to keep him abreast of the delivery time and day.
My only complaint was, after I had the agreed upon price and had received and signed the paperwork, Liz called to tell me the price had gone up $50. I do not feel this is fair and once a price is determined and agreed upon, THAT should be the pric.
Other than that , I was very happy with this company and would most likely use it again, but would be firmer on the agreed upon price.
