Customer service was great. Liz was easy to deal with and very helpful. They were unable to find a driver for the dates I originally specified even with 18 days notice. However, they were able to locate a driver for pickup four days after my original dates specified. Driver was a few hours late and wanted me to drive my car onto the truck for him. Car was received at the final destination very quickly and in overall great shape. No marks, dents, or scratches. (Was a little dirty even in an enclosed truck). Overall pretty good service. Was a little dissapointed the original dates could not be met and that I had to drive my car onto the truck, but the car arrived in great shape and quickly which is the most important thing.
