The specific rankings entered need some explanation and additional detail. First, Bears offered the best price of any broker we contacted. Second, the primary customer service rep, Liz, was efficient and prompt in returning calls or providing information. For example, she told me to expect a call from the actual trucker by a certain day to specify the exact pickup time and when informed that the trucker didn't call when promised she worked to have him call us within a few hours. Lastly, the car arrived undamaged in a covered carrier.

However, the reason the overall review isn't "excellent" is because there was some confusion about delivery time. Liz had originally stated 5-7 days from pickup, but when we hadn't heard from the trucker to give us an exact time I called Bears again and spoke to a different person (Hank). For a reason unknown to me Hank thought it would take 8-10 days (which would have been a problem on the outer end) and promised to have the trucker call me. When the trucker did call it turned out the delivery time was 6 days, just as Liz had indicated. I marked"early" on the rating sheet since Hank's was the last info from Bears I had on the arrival time.

So...it all ended well but there was a scary moment in the middle when we thought the car would arrive when we were supposed to be elsewhere.

Dear Jeff- We appreciate your review - we are however used to getting a 5 Star Rating! We apologize for the confusing moment in the middle. We have since given Hank some much needed time off. We have just bumped our ratings to 5 Stars!- DUE TO HANK'S TIME OFF Thanks Jeff-
