The only real concern I had was when I was told the driver was going to be delivering the car I waited around and he never showed up plus I never got a phone call. I had to call the company and ask when he was going t show up. He did show up the on time the second time around and though the lack of communication was frustrating, they were very nice people to work wit especially the drivers. I would recomend them, just make sure you and them have a realistic idea of when they will be able to deliver your vehicle.

Thank you for your review -we appreciate every one of them. Even if they are not as glowing -it helps us improve. Bears Transport does give a 2 day window on pick up and delivery and we let our customers know you will not hear from the driver until 24 hrs in advance because after all this is the transport industry so just like planes and trains the trucks do get delayed as well. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our customer and strive for satisfaction.
