This is the first time I have had a vehicle transported. I purchased a vehicle on the east coast. I would recommend a new user to do some research on location as there could be some unforseen delays unrelated to the company you choose. The location of pick-up can have an impact on when your vehicle gets picked up. Liz at Bears helped me through these issues and did a fantastic job of being very honest and upfront about my options. There was initially a delay that had nothing to do with Bears, but the location of my vehicle. I cannot express enough gratitude to Liz for making this as stress free as possible and getting my vehicle picked up. Once my vehicle was picked up, Liz kept me up to date on the process. I recieved my vehicle within a week and the hauler could not have been more professional. The car was clean and in great shape even considering the horrible weather conditions it traveled trough. Liz thank you for all of your help. I will definitely use Bears again if I transport a car. I will also recommend them to my family and friends.
